Time to nominate theses for the Centre for European Studies’ Best Thesis Award!

The Centre for European Studies at Lund University (CFE) welcomes submissions for the best student thesis award. Bachelor and Master theses covering European matters, defended with distinction during the autumn semester 2020 or spring semester 2021 at departments within the Faculties of Humanities and Theology, Social Science, Law, and the School of Economics and Management can be nominated by either supervisors, examiners, or heads of departments. Self-nominations by theses’ authors are also accepted. In the latter case, authors must include, besides a copy of the text, their CV and a recommendation letter from their supervisor.

All submissions (thesis plus a short letter of motivation outlining the merits of the text) should be sent to Evelina Hagberg (evelina [dot] hagberg [at] cfe [dot] lu [dot] se) no later than September 30, 2021.

The winning thesis will be chosen by an expert group appointed by the Centre for European Studies. The author will be rewarded with the sum of 10 000 SEK. A second thesis may receive an honorary mention.

If you have further questions, please contact Evelina Hagberg (evelina [dot] hagberg [at] cfe [dot] lu [dot] se).
