The Foundations of Constitutional Tolerance
Signe Rehling Larsen is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Warwick and a Carlsberg Fellow at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen. Signe Rehling Larsen is currently pursuing research projects on varieties of constitutionalism in the European Union, comparative federalism, and the legacy of empire in European public law. She is interested in the role of European law and politics within the global order, focusing her research on their profound interconnections with international geopolitics. Her work aims to advance understanding and strategic decision-making for entities engaged with the complex dynamics of global and regional governance.
The seminar starts at 12.15, respecting an academic quarter, and involves 20-30 minutes of presentation, followed by 15-30 minutes of discussion. Please let us know if you plan to join the event online.
